Richard Bush

Richard Bush is the President of the world’s first guaranteed advertising contract exchange NYIAX. He joined the company from IPONWEB, a key infrastructure provider in the media trading ecosystem where he worked to bring custom projects for industry players to market. As General Manager of the Publisher Solutions business, he coordinated work across Japan, EU and USA. His team built both new products and custom platforms that are specifically tailored to the unique business models of its clients.

Richard began his career in banking software with Citibank in the UK. He moved into online publishing in 2000, as an original developer of content management & web publishing software for many of Reed Business Information’s web properties. In 2006, Bush was working for ADTECH in London, when he played a key part of the expansion from the EU to the US in 2007, and subsequently led new initiatives in the company’s growing product set. Fortifying the international business over an 8-year period, he held key roles for the company that now makes up an important part of the AOL/Version’s ad technology stack.

Bush attended and completed course work at West Kent College in B.T.E.C., Specializing in electronic subjects, Microelectronic Systems. Bush presently serves as Co-Chair of the IAB Blockchain Committee.

Sameer Maskey

Sameer Maskey is the Founder and CEO of an advanced machine learning company called FuseMachines Inc. that builds state of the art Software robots for automating customer service departments by allowing robots to answer customer questions. Sameer is one of the core Research Scientist at IBM T.J. Watson Research Center responsible for DARPA funded Speech-to-Speech Translation project. He is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Columbia University for the course “Statistical Methods for Natural Language Processing” and “Programming for Entrepreneurs”. His most recent publications are Unsupervised Deep Belief Features for Speech Translation (Interspeech, Oregon 2012) with B. Zhou and Power Mean Pyramid Scores for Summarization Evaluation (Interspeech, Oregon 2012) with A. Rosenberg.

Sameer is the member of International Speech Communication Association, Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, and Sigma Xi Research Society. He speaks Newari, Nepali, Hindi and English.
His primary research interests are Natural Language and Speech Processing, Speech-to-Speech Translation, Information Extraction, Data Mining for Medical Domain and Statistical Methods/Machine Learning for Language Processing.

Sameer holds a PhD, a MPhil & an MS in Computer Science from Columbia University and a BS in Math & Physics from Bates College.

Phil Weinzimer

Phil Weinzimer is president of Strategere Consulting and works with clients to develop business and IT strategies that focus on achieving business outcomes.

Mr. Weinzimer was previously the Managing Principal-Professional Services for IT Business Management at BMC Software. He also held Managing Principal positions in the Professional Services organizations for ITM Software, CAI, Sapient, and Unisys.

Mr. Weinzimer’s new book, The Strategic CIO: Changing the Dynamics of the Business Enterprise focuses on how CIOs strategically transform IT organizations by leveraging information and technology to create new customer value, increase corporate revenue, and enrich shareholder value. Over 150 CIOs, IT leaders, business executives, and academic thought leaders were interviewed as part of the research for the book. His previous book, Getting it Right: Creating Customer Value for Market Leadership, published by John Wiley, focuses on transforming an organization using a 3P strategy: Prepare personnel to work together as a team, perceive customer needs, and provide new products and services that create sustainable and profitable value.

Mr. Weinzimer writes an ongoing column for AITS focusing on The Strategic CIO, written articles for CIO magazine on the subject of strategic CIOs, co-authored a case study for Harvard Business School (HBS), and hosts an interview series, The Strategic CIO: Managing in the 21st Century, that explores the challenges and opportunities for leveraging information and technology for competitive advantage.

Mr. Weinzimer holds a B.B.A from Adelphi University in Business Management, an M.B.A from Adelphi University in Finance, and pursued post graduate studies at NYU in International Finance and Computer Science.

Janelle Dieken

Janelle Dieken is the Senior Vice President of Solutions & Product Marketing with over 14 years of experience in customer experience solution strategy. She is certified in Customer Experience Management, formally trained in service design, and is a subject matter expert in Genesys solutions from both a business and technology perspective.

Frank Nijsten

Frank has 22 years of experience in the IT sector built up by working in (global) multinationals like Vodafone, Philips, Siemens and O2 Germany.

Currently he works as Digital Innovation Project Manager responsible within Philips for developing a Connected Robot Vacuum Cleaner. This doesn’t only include the app development- but also finding the partners to work with in China (app development, Q&A), hardware suppliers in Austria and to integrate- and deploy it on servers located in China.

He is capable of working under intense pressure, and has a very wide technical knowledge and not a 0900 – 1700 mentality. Because he worked a lot for Product Development companies where Time-to-Market is crucial, he is used to work with very high expectations regarding deadlines, deliverables, quality and budget restrictions.

Frank has successfully steered development teams in a global context: Russia, Ukraine, Germany, Finland, Belgium, The Netherlands, India, Egypt and the United States. All end-products are successfully launched and next to that, also in-time.

Gregory North

Globe North Founder and President Gregory North is a recognized thought leader in enterprise and digital transformation with over twenty-five years of experience leading business transformation. Eric Entzeroth

Eric Entzeroth is a seasoned technology sales and operations executive with 30 years of experience delivering enterprise software solutions to the communications, finance, manufacturing, retail and government industries. Mr. Entzeroth most recently served as Senior Vice President of Global Accounts and Senior Vice President of Americas Field Operations for Genesys from 2004-2017. Prior to Genesys, Mr Entzeroth worked in senior sales and operations roles at Sprint, Unisys, Informix, and CommerceQuest/ICG. Mr. Entzeroth received his B.S. in Accounting and his MBA from Avila University in 1981 & 1987 respectively.

Michael DeBiase

Michael is a Principal Architect at Miratech. During his career, he served as Senior Technical Manager – IT Telecom/MIS/Service Desk/Network at Vonage; and Network Infrastructure Manager at Datek Online Holdings Corp.
