Josh Cohen

Joshua Cohen leverages his years of experience as an entrepreneur, investor, and adviser to give large organizations the tools and know how they need to move and act with speed, agility, and creativity.
Joshua has deep roots in technology-intensive sectors, having founded and built startups in both Europe and the U.S., including Germany-based iPharro, a spinoff of Germany’s world-renowned Fraunhofer Organization, and NYC-based Ganxy. He is the former co-head of US investments for SevenVentures, the venture capital division of one of Germany’s largest media companies. He worked as part of the core team at Citibank's D10X program, helping Citibank create and roll out an unprecedented number of new startups within the organization.
Through many years of international work and living, he’s developed a deep global network and continues to advise startups and companies all over the world. A fluent German speaker, he is responsible for all of GIANT’s European practices. He serves as an adjunct professor at the European School of Management and Technology where he teaches entrepreneurship. Joshua is a graduate of Princeton University with an MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business and additional studies at the University of Cologne.

Emily Drenis

Emily brings her two decades of wisdom and experience leading Customer Success, Customer Care, and Program Management Teams to the consulting space through her company Dodone Consulting. As the 64th employee during Genesys’s start-up years, Emily was a part of the incredible journey as the company grew from a small start-up to a large, successful corporation. She has led multiple cross-functional Customer Success teams from various departments and established NPS and other operational KPIs to measure the customer experience. Customer and Client Success is her passion.

Chris Duncan

Chris has worked in the contact center space for 28 year, with experience from technology management inside the contact center, to reselling, deploying, supporting, and consulting into the contact center. With 24 years of Genesys experience, including 11 years working at Genesys, he is also well versed in that technology platform as a customer, employee, and partner. Chris has served many rolls during his work experience, including Director of Advanced Technology, Director of Professional Services, Chief Architect, VP of Solutions Engineering, and VP of Sales.

Eric Entzeroth

Eric Entzeroth is a seasoned technology sales and operations executive with 30 years of experience delivering enterprise software solutions to the communications, finance, manufacturing, retail and government industries. Mr. Entzeroth most recently served as Senior Vice President of Global Accounts and Senior Vice President of Americas Field Operations for Genesys from 2004-2017. Prior to Genesys, Mr Entzeroth worked in senior sales and operations roles at Sprint, Unisys, Informix, and CommerceQuest/ICG. Mr. Entzeroth received his B.S. in Accounting and his MBA from Avila University in 1981 & 1987 respectively.

Jeremy D. Glaser

In his current position as Co-chair of the firm’s Venture Capital & Emerging Companies Practice Jeremy regularly represents technology-based companies principally in the life sciences, software, mobile applications, and clean energy fields. Jeremy is also a key contributor to MintzEdge, an online resource for entrepreneurs that includes useful tools and information for starting and growing a company.
Jeremy has over three decades of experience guiding life sciences and technology companies in their growth and financing strategies. He routinely assists his clients in public offerings, angel and venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, and SEC compliance. His experiences as an executive at a technology company and an investment fund facilitates his ability to provide practical business as well as legal advice.
Jeremy is also a member of the board of directors of the USS Midway Museum.
Jeremy earned a Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Duke University.

Musa Hanhan

Musa Hanhan specializes in developing product strategies and customer experience management schemes and now he is Sr. Director, Customer Experience & NPS in Genesys.
He has over 20 years of professional experience in the B2B segment of the high-tech industry. During this time, he demonstrated outstanding ability to create and manage strategies for launching products on the market that are tremendously successful.
Musa Hanhan is at the forefront of the Genesys Customer Voice program, which has grown from a customer loyalty index (NPS) rating scheme to a much more serious and functional customer feedback system. He played a critical role in the project, which allowed Genesys customer support NPS to increase by 25 points in less than 11 months.
Musa Hanhan leads the team dedicated to creating revolutionary customer service practices. He is a member of the Bain Loyalty Forum and holds professional certificates in the field of service design and customer experience management (CCXP).

Tejune Kang

Mr. Kang is an American technology executive with more than 25 years of experience leading global enterprise technology application implementations.
An innovative technology entrepreneur born in Silicon Valley, California, he is instrumental to the growth of Atypical Digital. Mr. Kang was a senior strategy engineer for 5 years with PeopleSoft (now Oracle Corporation), a multinational and multibillion dollar technology company. Mr. Kang managed some of the most complex Human Resources, Financial, Supply Chain, and Enterprise Performance Management software implementations for Fortune 500 companies including Boeing, Apple, AT&T, HP and many others.
Mr. Kang’s multi-faceted entrepreneurial background and opinion leadership has led to frequent interviews regarding the future of technology, business growth, and hiring insight with many publications.
Mr. Kang has also graduated from the Harvard Business School’s (HBS) Owner President/Management Program (OPM 50) Class of 2017, is a member of Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO), Young Presidents Organization (YPO) of Manhattan New York Chapter, National Association of Asian American Professionals (NAAAP) and a graduate of Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Key Executive Program and Entrepreneurial Master’s Program, graduated in June of 2017. Mr. Kang graduated from The University of California, Davis with a Bachelor of Science degree in Managerial Economics.
Mr. Kang is involved in the latest technology including Internet of Things (IOT), Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (AR), and has been involved in the beginning of cryptocurrency since 2011. His experience includes extensive blockchain technology and bitcoin.

Prashanth Mekala

Supervisory Special Agent (SSA) Prashanth Mekala has been a Special Agent with the FBI for approximately 15 years. He spent the first eight years of his career working on complex counterintelligence and espionage cases. From 2012 to 2014 he worked in FBI Headquarters as a Program Manager in the Counterintelligence Division – Economic Espionage Unit and the Cyber Division – Middle East/Africa Unit. For the past four years SSA Mekala has managed teams in the FBI New York Field Office focused on sophisticated nation state and criminal actors that leverage computer intrusions. SSA Mekala has a Bachelors degree from Carnegie Mellon in Chemical Engineering, specializing in Biomedical Engineering. He graduated from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA) with a Masters Degree in Policy and Administration, specializing in International Economic Policy Management. SSA Mekala graduated with distinction from Carnegie Mellon with a Masters Degree in Information Technology, specializing in Information Security and Assurance.

Oliver Mitchell

Oliver Mitchell has been a leading operator and manager of emerging technologies for more than 20 years. Oliver has built and sold numerous ventures, including: Holmes Protection to ADT/Tyco, Americash to American Express, and launching RobotGalaxy, a national EdTech brand. Oliver has been investing in the robotic industry for close to 10 years, with four successful exits in his angel portfolio in the past two years (including 2 IPOs). He is a member of New York Angels and co-chairs the Frontier Tech Committee. Oliver holds 14 patents, has appeared on numerous television shows, and is a sought after speaker/syndicated writer of robotics.

Frank Nijsten

Frank has 23 years of experience in the IT sector built up by working in (global) multinationals like Vodafone, Siemens and Philips. Currently, he works as an Integral Project Manager at Philips Sleep and Respiratory Care.
At Philips, global leader in the Sleep and Respiratory markets and passionate about providing solutions that lead to healthier patients, healthier practices, and healthier businesses, Frank is responsible for managing projects in the Sleep Therapy and Sleep Diagnostics. For over 40 years, Philips specialized in sleep and respiratory solutions that empowers patients to take control of their therapy, giving them the freedom to live a fulfilling life by restoring their ability to sleep and breathe naturally.
Prior to joining Philips Sleep and Respiratory care, Frank worked in Philips Healthcare, Philips Lighting and Philips Consumer Electronics here he as internal expert in Digital Innovation and IoT, was managing complex software-, cloud – and app development projects.

Greg Pelton

Greg joined Pryon in early 2019 and is responsible for all aspects of the company’s Augmented Intelligence product portfolio. Greg comes to Pryon from Avaya, where he was Vice President, Collaboration and Devices, and managed a portfolio of voice and video endpoints, soft clients, and collaboration services. His global product management and engineering team delivered $400M of product revenue and shipped 3 million phones annually.
Prior to joining Avaya, Greg was CTO and Vice President, Infrastructure Engineering for Polycom. At Polycom, he led the corporate innovation function, was responsible for core audio and video technologies, as well as all video conferencing infrastructure products. Before Polycom, Greg spent time as CTO of Avaya’s Federal Government business unit and held senior positions at Cisco Systems, leading the company into new markets like IP telephony, wireless, mobility, datacenter, IP television, and satellite networks.
Greg holds 39 patents and has worked extensively with organizations promoting innovation and venture-backed technology companies. He has a degree in Computer Science from the University of Alberta in Edmonton, Canada.

Magnus Penker

Magnus Penker is an internationally-renowned though leader on innovation, artificial intelligence, digitization, and business transformation. He is a speaker in prestigious global forums and events, such as – The Global Peter Drucker Forum, top ranked international business and design schools, a variety of associations and some of the world’s largest companies. Mr. Penker is currently writing a 5 Volume Series on Business Innovation titled The Complete Guide to Business Innovation and is contributing as an editor at the International Journal of Innovation Science.
As a result of these achievements he has been honored with the Business Worldwide Magazine award as the ‘Most Innovative CEO Sweden 2016’ and appointed as a Global Top 100 CEO by CEO Monthly year 2018. Additionally, he has launched 10 start-ups as well as acquired, turned around, and sold 30 SMEs all over Europe.

Karthikeyan Natesan Ramamurthy

Karthikeyan Natesan Ramamurthy is a research staff member in IBM Research AI at the T. J. Watson Research Center. His broad research interests include understanding the geometry and topology of high-dimensional data and developing theory and methods for efficiently modeling the data. He has also been intrigued by the interplay between humans, machines, and data and the societal implications of machine learning. His papers have won best paper awards at the 2015 IEEE International Conference on Data Science and Advanced Analytics and the 2015 SIAM International Conference on Data Mining. He’s an associate editor of Digital Signal Processing and a member of the IEEE. He holds a PhD in electrical engineering from Arizona State University.
