Miratech M-Force Kyiv 2017 Conference

Traditionally, Miratech will be holding our annual Global M-Force events in both Europe and the US in 2017, with the first being held in Kyiv in June. In addition to partners from around the globe and Miratech’s executives, several Miratech clients will also be participating actively over the course of the two days.
M-Force events provide the perfect backdrop to learn firsthand about customer success stories, exchange information about new opportunities, and develop new business ties and connections. Partners will have the chance to speak directly with, and ask questions of, Miratech’s top executives, including CEO Valeriy Kutsyy. Partners will also learn new ways to benefit from their cooperation with Miratech and the Partner Community, leverage each other`s skillsets, go-to-market strategies on global markets, and new approaches for promoting their and Miratech`s services.
For the Kyiv event, Partners are encouraged to arrive on June 22 network at breakout sessions at the Mratech Kyiv facilities on June 23, and enjoy our Company Day party starting the afternoon of June 24. We will mark 28 years in business with fun celebrations.

Speakers

Valeriy Kutsyy

Valeriy joined Miratech in 1998 as a software engineer and advanced through a range of positions with increasing responsibilities. He has served as CEO since January 1, 2008, and runs Miratech’s executive team.

He holds a Master of Science degree in applied mathematics with honors from Kyiv Taras Shevchenko University, and an Executive MBA from Kyiv Mohyla Business School. He was awarded the Order of St. Vladimir III Degree for exceptional executive skill. A pool of CEOs voted Valeriy the most successful CEO in the Ukrainian software industry in 2010 (Gvardiya rating).

Oddgeir Hansen

Oddgeir Hansen is Chief Operating Officer at Axactor.

He occupied positions of COO in Lindorff Group (2010 - 2014) and COO of EDB Business Partner (2003 - 2010)

Prior work experience includes various positions within IBM Norway, including being Departemental Director with responsibility for monitoring and coordinating IBM Norway overall activities.

Michael Smith

Michael is a proven innovator and leader, and his work concentrates on the branding and re-positioning of products and services in the high-tech, healthcare, financial services, retail, manufacturing, and child welfare/human services industries. His focus is on building Miratech’s market share through the use of long term strategic branding, supported by the company’s heritage, core strengths and international partner community.

As an expert in the field of interactive development, social media and web based marketing models he has developed on-line strategies for key brands such as Canon and ADP. He has served in various Board capacities at the World Presidents’ Organization (WPO). Michael is especially proud of this leadership of Stewards of Change™, a business with a social mission: to enable human service agencies to take social change to scale and improve the outcomes for the children and families they serve.

Joyce Morin Utz

Joyce Morin Utz brings 20 years of experience in law, health and private sector development work. Ms. Utz is the founder and CEO of Praescire LLC., headquartered in NYC with offices in Tel Aviv, Israel. Praescire is a leading investor relations consultancy for tech entrepreneurs in the seed and series A stages of funding. Clients are provided the analysis, research, and consultancy services to access investment channels and international markets. Praescire’s network includes angel investors, private funds, and VCs across the U.S., Europe, and the Middle East. Ms. Utz practiced law in New York City and served as a Project Director on a variety of US grants in the Middle East. She has also led trade delegations to the US and facilitated governmental and commercial visits to the Region. Ms. Utz specializes in private sector initiatives and market access to the US. She holds a BSN degree from Georgetown University and a Juris Doctorate (JD) from Georgetown University Law Center, Washington DC.

Hanif Younus

Hanif Younus holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and is part of Miratech’s 2017 global expansion program. He is a strategically minded, results-orientated professional with extensive experience in operations and technology and plays a pivotal leadership role in overall regional growth in the UK and Europe. Hanif has over 35 years of experience in C-level positions, mainly in the financial industry. He effectively managed major regional business units of Citibank and also worked in Unicredit before running his own company. Hanif has a proven track record of implementing Oracle core banking systems, DWH, ERP, SAP for HR, and contact centers for retail.

Stewart Christ

Stewart H. Christ has been a Board member since 2013 and is the head of Miratech Business Development in North America. With more than 30 years of experience in business development, management and technical skills, his role is primarily to support corporate leadership in the execution of Miratech’s business development strategies in the US markets. Stewart is also a chapter chairman from the Washington D.C. and Baltimore chapters of the World Presidents’ Organization and a graduate of the Young Presidents’ Organization. Stewart’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.

Situated on the Dnipro River, Kyiv is the capital of Ukraine, home to about three and a half million citizens and considered one of Europe`s greenest cities. Many of its architectural monuments are recognized as world treasures, and it is the largest cultural, scientific, and industrial center of Ukraine, as well as a destination for religious pilgrimages.
Kyiv was originally named in honor of a founding Slavic tribe leader named Kyi. The golden age of Kyiv took place in the 11th and 12th centuries, when Kyiv Rus’ was a powerful state, and the center of trading roads between the Baltic and the Mediterranean. Even today Kyiv is often refferred as the “mother of Slavic cities”.

Miratech Facilities

Miratech’s Kyiv operations are located in a state-of-the-art business center that offers a safe, healthy, productive work environment for our employees. Miratech’s Kyiv office is located near the intellectual center of the city, surrounded by three national technical universities, providing a diverse source of local talent.
The office is certified according to ISO f27001 for IT security and ISO 22301 for business continuity, which in turn guarantees smooth and secure service delivery to our customers. Access permission management, video surveillance, internal security processes and procedures assure that customer’s information is handled in confidential manner.
